Say hello to Violet the African Crested Porcupine!
These porcupines are the largest species in Africa, and their quills can grow over a foot long. They can’t shoot their quills, but they can rattle them loudly and back up toward predators if needed. Violet may look intimidating, but she’s one of our friendliest animals!

Red kangaroos are the largest marsupials on Earth and can leap up to 30 feet in a single bound. They also use their powerful tails like a fifth leg, helping them balance and steer as they hop around.
