Earlier this month I held a Breeze Thru Agility
AKC ACT Agility test at the Community Training Centre as a fundraiser for Perma Mercy Tanzania (PMT). We had a good turnout of dog and handler teams running various types of agility courses. With Rachel Brostrom presiding as judge, teams were scored for each run and could earn qualifying scores toward ACT titles.

The proceeds from entries, plus cash donations from competitors, raised $250 for PMT which will go toward feed and vaccinations for the young chickens that Emmanuel Sarikiael is currently raising to give to village families.
Thank you to Chris Penna, Judith Nuno, and Fran Swanson for working all day to help make the event a success!

ATTENTION Agility folks!
Breeze Thru Agility will be holding an AKC ACT 1/ACT 2 Agility Test on Saturday November 2, 2024 at the Community Training Centre in Guilford, VT.
The ACT test is a low-key, fun, pre-competition event for dog and handler teams who have trained in agility and want to test their skills. There will be 2 rounds of Standard courses and 2 of Jumpers for each of the ACT 1 and ACT 2 levels.
ALL breeds and mixes are WELCOME!!!

It's also an opportunity to learn how to do various agility event jobs such as ring crew, scribe or leash runner.

PLUS: This event is a fundraiser for Perma Mercy Tanzania, an NGO I work with that focuses on providing education and resources to help eliminate food insecurity. All proceeds will go directly to Emmanuel Sarikiael of Perma Mercy Tanzania!

I am offering beginner dog agility classes in South Charlestown, NH, in October.
I have been teaching dog agility classes for 3 decades and my business, Breeze Thru Agility, based in the Brattleboro, VT, area will for the first time be running some limited classes in New Hampshire!
Classes are small and will be held outdoors in a grassy, safely fenced in arena. 🐾💖🐾

I'm excited about some GREAT classes my friend and fellow dog trainer, Finn Cross of Fox Hollow Dog Training, is starting up on Sundays later this month. Of special interest to me is her Dog Sport Prep class. This is EXCELLENT training for any dog and handler team interested in trying Agility and other dog sports!!
I personally recommend the Clever Canine class as I took my friendly, though often over excited boy, Fatty Fender, to this class last Spring and it was excellent for working on calm behavior with distractions. Classes are held in Guilford, VT.
Fall 🍁is the PERFECT time to sign your dog up for a great training class! 🐾🐾
