All three of our horses made the 6 and Under short go!

* Our own Gini Cat “Jinks” had the high score of the roping and won 1st in round one and 3rd in average

We love this group of horses and grateful to ride horses for our long-time friends.

This is Farley’s first outing and we weren’t sure what to expect. Thank you to owners, Pete and Tori Branch, for giving us the opportunity to have Farley in our barn

We are saddened to share that our long- term client, Mrs. Donna Harrison, passed away Friday, March 8, 2024. She loved the sport of cutting and spent countless days practicing and taking lessons at our home in Brazoria, Tx. She found her unicorn horse, Once Upon Amate, and was gaining confidence in the show pen. We pray for her husband, George, who lovingly adored his wife. We pray for Mrs. Donna’s friends and family as they navigate life without her. Join us as we lift them up asking for peace and comfort.

That’s a wrap on day 1 of the Metallic Cat Futurity Open 1st Go, and the high score of the day came from the last set of the day. Ryan Rapp marked a 222 on family-owned Jiggin Lil Joe (Dont Stopp Believin x Miz Savanah Ichi) to top the leaderboard. Clay Cerny and M J (Im Countin Checks x Metallic Rey), owned by Julie & Michael Magness, marked a 218.5 to currently lead both the Intermediate & Limited. She was the Derby Limited Non Pro 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗜𝗢𝗡 with John Bradley Hauerland & the Derby Intermediate Open Reserve 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗜𝗢𝗡 with Clay Cerny! She also placed in the Derby Limited Open & Intermediate Non Pro! Her winnings so far total OVER $𝟕𝟏𝟎𝟎!
