Never had a formal introduction and a little back ground of how this all began!!! Welcome to Le Chien Pet Lodge and a little about us!!!

Hi! Let me introduce myself! My name is Trisha Blanchet Ancelet and I am married to my husband of 20 yrs Stephen Ancelet and have two boys Mason and Brayden! Family has always played a big role in my life. I have worked in the medical field on the administrative side for 19 yrs! Throughout most of those years I worked part time being able to drop off and pick up from school and have quality time in the evenings with my family. I always had the thought of owning some type of business but always thought it would have been a boutique! Now that the kids are grown I’ve really had more time to myself and to really see what I enjoy! Almost being empty nester’s I quickly came to conclusion how much dogs play such a big role in your family. I have always left my yorkie with a family member while away until we rescued a lab. When it came time to think of “boarding” her it was difficult until someone recommend a similar set up to where she would be part of their home ❤️ it was a great feeling! I played with the idea a few times and took a chance! It started part time and quickly fell into doing my dream job full time at home giving these pups a home environment while their families are away. What started off small and has quickly expanded! I now own my own “dog boutique” as I like to look at it! They are spoiled, loved, monitored and have lots of fun while here ☺️
