As we head into fall, school breaks, and the howl-idays, we want to remind everyone of our cancellation policy:

✅ Services during holidays & school breaks must be canceled or rescheduled 15+ days in advance.
✅ Cards on file will be charged 14 days before services begin (per contract).
✅ This helps us protect our amazing sitters and ensures fairness for everyone—we often have to turn away other clients once booked.

We love our CFC family and are so thankful for the trust you place in us to care for your furry family members. 💙

School’s out and tails are wagging! Whether your family is hitting the road for fall break or enjoying some cozy time at home, the Crazy for Critters crew is here to make sure your furry (and feathered!) family members are cared for and loved just like our own. ❤️

One of the most special parts of this season is getting to work alongside our children — showing and teaching them the importance of treating animals of all kinds with the love and respect they deserve. 🌡️ Heat Advisory Notice 🌡️

We are currently under a Heat Advisory this week, and for the safety of your pets and our sitters, all visits between 11 AM and 6 PM will be adjusted.

During this time, outdoor time will be limited to 5–10 minute intervals, allowing your pets to go potty, hydrate, and cool off indoors between breaks. This helps prevent overheating, dehydration, and serious health issues such as heat stroke.

All playtime will take place indoors during these hours, as temperatures are in the 90s and pavement temperatures can burn sensitive paw pads. We want to avoid any risk of blisters or injuries caused by hot surfaces.

We truly appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the health and comfort of your pets.
