2017 Christmas Run in D.G.

Went for a short ride early in the morning. Met a King snake, quite a big one over 3 feet long. Harmless, eats rattlers, rodents and small birds.

Close encounter of the nature's kind. Beautiful, well fed fellow. Was lucky we saw it in time considering we were driving into the setting sun.

Visiting the Bighorn sheep. They forage on the purple flowers.
