Meet Patrick Ryan, who started as a contractor with the company for 2 years and joined full time 6 years ago. Having a role that spans across many departments, he has learned that the people are what make Simplify Compliance great. When asked about being an IMPACT winner he said, “To me it means that my team and I have done at least one thing right!” His advice for others is, “Never do the bare minimum, even if it is what you were asked to do - always aim higher!” Patrick spends his free time Programming, Rock Climbing, and in Music Production.

Meet Denine Franco, a Senior Account Executive who currently works in the Emerging Markets Division of BLR. She loves the challenge of working to build trust and business with new clients to help them grow with our resources. Her advice for others, “Be patient with yourself. Push yourself. Open yourself. Most importantly impact others where you can and have fun-breath.”

Her work/life balance includes spending time with family, writing poetry and there is nothing better than a good Columbo Marathon!

Meet Joseph Celone. As the team lead for the Account Executive team of our BLR division, the recognition of his peers’ successes, as well as his own, keeps him motivated. In his free time, he likes to work out and keep up with his favorite teams, the Yankees and Giants while hanging out at home with his wife and pets.

Meet Jan Milliman, she began writing about coding for home health over 15 years ago and added OASIS soon after. She enjoys working as part of our DecisionHealth Home Care Matters division with the Association of Home Care Coding & Compliance (AHCC) and has held her HCS-D credential from the Board of Medical Specialty Coding & Compliance (BMSC) since 2006.

Jan enjoys sharing ideas and gaining perspective from folks she doesn’t work with on a day-to-day basis across the company. Her hobbies also include reading books about creative people and their work, art – she collages and paints, music, movies and trying new recipes while cooking.

Meet Courtney Melancon, a graphic designer who strives to meet the standards of her colleagues and provide work that creates an impact on the company. Her advice for others, “Don't let the fear of failure restrain your passion. Allow your imagination to stretch, try new things, and don't be afraid to make bold decisions. Some of your best work will often come from the solutions that break boundaries.”

She continues to use her creativity outside the office running her own creative business, painting and illustrating, while also enjoying time with family, friends, and her pups.

Meet Tiana Nadeau, a UConn School of Business grad with over 15 years of experience addressing strategic needs and challenges confronting businesses. It's easy for her to work hard because she loves what she does and the people she works with at BLR. She said “Being an IMPACT Award winner is empowering. When not at work, Tiana enjoys going for hikes with family (including her little dog Boo), reading, playing games, laughing, and spending time with friends.
