👋 Welcome to the team, Dr. Karen McGlothlin! 🐾

Meet our newest addition, Dr. Karen McGlothlin, a 2007 graduate of Iowa State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Karen brings several years of experience from Lawndale Veterinary Hospital in Greensboro, NC, and she's no stranger to Brevard, originally hailing from Kingsport, TN.

With a PhD from Clemson University and prior experience as an associate professor of biology at the University of the South, Karen's journey to veterinary medicine has been rich and diverse. Her passion lies in internal medicine, geriatric care, preventive medicine, and she's recently developed a keen interest in physical and rehabilitation medicine.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys exploring the great outdoors and diving into a good book.

We're thrilled to have Karen join our team, bringing her expertise and love for animals to Brevard Animal Hospital! 🐶🐱🌿
