East Fork Farm stared with a dream to find a place in Western NC to how to live a more balanced lifestyle. A life where we can balance the stresses of a modern world with he slower pace of a past era. A life where with can live in harmony with our land, using sustainable practices to offset the impact of our presence. Allowing our land to thrive while providing us with sustenance for the body and
soul! We have enjoyed this process immensely and found the joy in sharing our lifestyle and a love of these beautiful mountains with others. On the farm we produce organic vegetables, flowers, quail meat and eggs, and cultivated mushrooms. We raise five species of pheasants, chukkar partridges, and a few unique breeds of chickens and can offer fertile eggs for incubation from any of our birds. We hope to eventually develop a small event space and options for overnight accommodations
