Happy Tuesday!!!

It is unfortunate that I must make this post. Due to the amount of NO SHOWS or NO CALLS, we will be invoicing clients.

It prevents us from booking properly for the number of pets we can do daily. It also causes us to turn clients away who are trying to get in. We either have too much time between pets or not enough time.

Scheduling can already be difficult when we have a not so friendly, stressed and/or scared pets. We have to incorporate the pet's demeanor into the time it could take to make the pet/owner comfortable during the groom.

We understand that things come up and sometimes it cannot be helped. At this time Kirstin and I are the only two that handle the front desk, (which is why we return calls at the end of the day) bathe, groom and clean at Life is Ruff without a groomer. We do our best to provide you and your pets the best service we can.

If there is a chance you can't make it, please wait to book until you positively can. If you are booking large breeds and previously missed several appointments try booking one at a time.

If you can't make it, you can Facebook us, send text, or leave a voicemail as soon as you are aware you will miss your appointment.

Your time and trust are important to us, just as our time is important too.

Hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving! If your anything like us, the time definitely went to fast! We are back and ready to get those fur babies in.

Love what you do and your will never have to work.

I owned and operated a grooming, boarding, and retail shop in Oklahoma. My daughter worked with me, by my side until the last pet was cared for at the end of the day. We were blessed to be doing what we loved and our shop was voted peoples’ choice for grooming in 2018. We relocated December 1st, 2018 and will always hold a special place, in our heart, for our previous friendships with our old clients. We can not imagine giving up what we love to do so we are starting over building new relationships with new pets. We strive to continue working in the pet industry and continue to attend grooming seminars to stay current with the newest equipment, safety practices, and styles to provide our clients.
