It’s going to be long but rewarding day. Was only able to make it to 1 day, but going to get the most of it! So many farriers get “good” and become complacent. Continued education in this field is vital to offering the best care using the most current information available. Everyone have a good day!

Looks like most of this week i will be in Lawrence county, messages will be going out tomorrow to make sure it’ll work for everyone. Next week im looking at going to the milan/batesville area so if you’re over that way also be watching for your messages! I know this is a lot of information but it’s really going to help me with organizing my routes and figuring travel time and work load, in turn making me better able to give everyone the attention they deserve and hopefully helping me stay a little closer to on time.

If you don’t have social media, just text me the same info and i will add it to your customer profile.

My last request is if you have a moment to leave a review share my business page and invite your friends. My books are opened for new accounts, but no matter how much i advertise, more than 80% of good clients come from my wonderful customers referrals and word of mouth.

Well it’s taken me too long, but I’m closer to having all my clients (that i can find) cataloged!!! For the last year I’ve had names spread through 2 planners, 2 notebooks, a couple napkins, and my phone. I definitely think I’ve lost some names and i know some people have fallen through the cracks and that’s 100% my fault. Over the next few days I’ll have everyone scheduled, and have contact messages to everyone!!!! Also a small reminder, my books are open!!!! Starting next week I’m also going to be advertising and putting some posts up again so be on the look out!!

Thank you to every single customer who’s put up with my poor scheduling habits. I appreciate every single one of you!!!

I’m still gathering my bearings and trying to get my schedules laid back out in a way that makes sense! I know I’m behind on some accounts, i also understand the next 2 weeks are awful for trying to schedule. As i get some potential appointments sent out for the next week-2 weeks, i completely understand if some can’t be met. If I’m behind on your account, don’t feel bad about messaging me, I’m aware I’m a horrible secretary!

Let’s discuss growing pains….

I’ve been blessed with some amazing clients, but as the company grows Some things have to change. After the first of the year there will be a price change, accompanying that, I’m also going to have to go over my routes and unfortunately cut some areas that don’t make much sense financially from a bussiness stand point for me to cover.

I will not be ghosting clients that get cut, i will be covering everyone at least one more time so you have a full cycle to find someone else.

Other changes being made are going to be scheduling. I’ve bent over backwards to work around others schedules, worked late nights, weekends, and holidays to make sure my clients receive quality care, at the sacrifice of my family time. I’ve got to do better at finding a balance.

I do understand this transition will be a process and i hate that I’ll be losing some of my wonderful clients, but i appreciate the understanding from everyone as we navigate the next steps as we continue to grow!

That being said, i am opening my books for new clients in the areas i will continue to cover!!!!
