Luna was here last week for her first check up with Dr DeJesus. With puppies and kittens we always try our best to start off our relationship on the right foot, so that as our patients grow they continue to trust us and maybe even look forward to their visits! Luna was such a good girl for her first vaccines, so we had to reward her with some playtime!
Meet “Turt Cobain”! He’s a 2 year old Russian Tortiose who was here to see Dr Sweet last week for a wellness checkup. We love the clever name-and can’t get over how adorable he was, just munching on his veggies!
Dr Elliot and Brumby working from home!
Koda didn’t seem to mind coming to see Dr Elliot while her Dad waited in the car. She isn’t about to let a face mask get in the way of her kisses!
“Stop working and start petting!” I think we should hire a full time Sadie-petter!
Our shy girl Sadie is enjoying all her time hanging out in the lobby! (She is always free to roam out there, but being so shy with strangers she rarely ventures out there normally).
Sadie the hospital cat is begging to get brushed, and I haven’t got the heart to tell her she got a haircut yesterday and doesn’t need a brushing!
It's been such a busy summer, we've barely had time to share pictures of our patients! But here's an adorable video of Dr Elliot?s puppy showing off his new tricks! Not bad for a pup who isn't even 4 months. (formerly called "LouLou", but now that his personality is blossoming, he is now named "Oakley".)
Screech Owl Released!
Sharon Audobon Society released the famous injured Screech-Owl!!!
If this fella looks familiar to you, you may have met him at the Dinosaur State Park! "Blue" is a Blue Tongued Skink, who comes in every year for a check up with Dr Sweet. We think he's a cutie!
