🔵 Hello Friends!
Our reopening is around the corner! We have chosen to remain quiet about the exact date on social media for now. We are excited to serve you… just not all at once. 😊 We hope to allow our team time to learn the pace and work out any kinks before publicly announcing the opening date. We understand that the first few weeks of operation can be challenging for any new establishment, and we want to ensure that we provide the best dining experience possible from the start. So, if you are driving by…and our sign says “now open”... 🍔 👀🪧
We would like to address some questions about the menu circulating on our page. We understand that there are expectations for the burgers to be like they were in 1964, and we appreciate your passion for the history of our drive-in. While we strive to honor the traditions of the past, we also want to remind you that food is not processed, prepared or packaged the way it was back then. Our tastebuds have also changed and we pay more at the grocery store. That being said, while we ARE using the original recipes, that burger could taste different than you remember due to things we cannot control. The one thing that will be constant in all of this is it will be delicious!
There is a growing concern we feel it’s time to share that has affected not only this establishment but the restaurant industry as a whole. In this age of social media, it has become all too easy for dissatisfied guests to hide behind the anonymity of online platforms, venting their frustrations and breeding negativity without giving anyone a chance to make things right. Please keep in mind, the primary reason restauranteurs choose to be in this business is not for financial gain. If their first love wasn’t making people happy through their food and serving their community, there would be no joy to the hard work, sacrifices and long hours required to run a restaurant. If you have an issue with your meal, PLEASE let the staff know so they can make it right before you leave! That restaurant wants you happy!
We can all benefit from a boost of sunshine in our feed. The Blue Circle itself & the page were meant to be… “A Happy Place for Hungry People”. Our hope is this will be a spot where guests can come together to reminisce and enjoy all the things that are so special about the Blue Circle. We kindly request that any negative comments or posts be kept to a minimum. We will be actively monitoring the page and any posts that are deemed disrespectful to others or inappropriate will be removed.
We also want to assure our guests that our door is always open to speak with us personally about any concerns or suggestions you may have. We value your feedback and want to ensure that we are continuously improving to meet your expectations.
