Its always sad when you lose a life. We dont know what happened if it was natural causes or mom, as he could have passed from complications as well. However we do what we can to prevent this type of thing from happening but we cant be with them 24/7. Even the best moms can accidently step, lay, squish their puppies and healthy puppies protest and alert moms to this but in this special case he wasnt able to move like normal puppies and this could have been a factor if this happened. Zara is a great mom but she might not have even noticed what happened if this was the case. No matter what though he will be missed. Door hounds are a pain and it could cost them their lives. They don’t have to be like that with simple rules and boundaries in place. Take the time to set those, or it can cause you lots of frustration and heartbreak in the end. 🐾❤️⛔️

This video is for educational purposes only and to show what I do with my dogs. Breeding is important for the betterment of the specific breed and traits each breeder is striving for. Every breeder approcahes things differently. I have a very unique breeding program and the way I go about things. All my dogs live together in a pack enviornment most breeders have kennels in which they keep their dogs but not me, this is not an easy task to accomplish. Most breeders know this is very difficult to do and thats why dogs are often seperated and kept in kennels. However, I dont do that. I try to give my dogs the most attention I can, and the most fullfilling life possible aside from breeding. I keep my dogs happy, healthy, and I strive to produce quality healthy stable pups! Its not to say theres anything wrong with kennel life, I am in no way judging that. Its often nessecary to do but for me I wanted to do something out of the ordinary!

Took my fuzzies to the dog park today! They love to run! Unfortunately since it had rained earlier it was all gross but I’m getting my new bath station setup soon for them. I’m excited to not have to kill my back when I wash them. Zara Zeus Zena Zyre and Zeta all went. Zetas first time she loved it! It’s so funny when people see a pack of Dobiez together…😂😂😂, then they are surprised how good my pups are. Surprise Dobermans aren’t as scary as they may appear😅I’m glad I can change their perspectives. Looks can be deceiving.

Its hard to count with ultrasound but thats much safer than xrays and going to the vets where pets can end up getting all sorts of parasites, viruses, bacteria etc. Its just good to have an idea and then if theres ever a question we can use ultrasound to see if theres an issue after the fact too.
