Ok now this is specifically to my clients, happy new year!
We will be switching systems for our client info and scheduling. When the time comes to switch fully over we will need to have everyone sign our agreement online again, but there are some fun perks to the new system that I think will be fun to utilize. This comes along with the addition to boarding. Our previous system, while we love it, is way too expensive for me to maintain with the boarding addition. So watch for updates on that front. Please double check on your end that your cats are current on vaccines and we have the documentation. we will be reaching out to ensure this is followed STRICTLY. Nikki and I were both bitten recently and the info from the hospital about what happens to cats we don't have proof of vaccines for did not make us happy. So to keep us and our kitty clients safe and happy we are cracking down on the vaccine proof.

This is the last I'll post about this now that we moved him, but to the person that called Broken Arrow Animal Control, you sincerely suck. I work soooo hard to maintain my reputation with my level of care for all my cat clients. I hope you understand how harmful a notice that's BRIGHT yellow hanging on my BUSINESS can become. Without Q there I have no reason to go to the salon during our off days so this was hanging there for all the traffic to see. I am BIG on being transparent with my staff and clients so I wanted to post before posts/pictures go around. Q was found in an alley back in March at our previous space. We've gone above and beyond to care for him and get his skin/health under control. He has 2 massive litter boxes, eats canned food that costs more than my 4 person household 😂😂 but I (Anastasia) LOVE HIM he also has a stainless steel filtered water fountain to encourage more hydration. HOW DARE you call animal control worrying for his health. Next time maybe come when we're open and pet him. If you're the person who also put a package of treats in my mail slot?! You are abusive causing my poor cat dietary distress, now a worse allergy flair up and worrying me about blockages.

On a MUCH more exciting note, if you've been a client of Toe Beans for more than about 6 months then you know my story. I haven't taken out any major loans for TB and have been slowly building and refining through my clients patronage. It's why the grooming salon (while delivering quality and using high end products) doesn't look pretty. The boarding space will also be a slow build to beauty and refinement. This is our FIRST boarding suite!! It still needs a top, but the space is 5ft x 5ft and gives tons of floor space for kitty comfort!!

Today we made the hard decision to move Q over to the boarding facility. We love having our big blue and white cat at the salon to meet our clients and to hang out with us during our slower periods. He's a great stress reliever and endless entertainment. Unfortunately people have decided that he is neglected and starving and feeding him treats. This has caused him to start begging at people walking by and putting his paws through the mail slot which isn't safe. We were fine with folks petting him through the slot, but feeding any animal that isn't yours without permission is incredibly rude and just bad manners.

Q has dietary allergies which among other things is why I (Anastasia) kept him after not locating his owners after searching for 8+weeks when we took him in March of this year. He's my cat and after over 2k in vet bills we cleared up two major flare ups which cause him to scratch and groom himself bloody/scabby. I never thought anyone would put our boy at risk, but this morning I walked into this WHOLE PACKAGE of treats shoved in the male slot. Q has injected not only the packaging but treats NOT cleared by us. We're sorry he won't be greeting you all anymore, but doing what's absolutely best for him is paramount.

Hi all!! Anastasia popping in with some updates. In case I don't get the chance I wanted to wish everyone a lovely holiday!
The Toe Beans Staff will be working behind the scenes a bit to get the salon painted and possibly updated flooring in the front. We are NOT accepting any appointments or scheduling until we are back Jan 2.
Anastasia and her family are also working on beginning to set up the boarding suites in Tulsa. Like the salon this will be a build as we grow business, BUT it will deliver the same quality of love, attention, and care we provide to all of your cats already. I can not wait to share pictures and info with you when we have some things up and running. The salon will remain at 101st and Elm while boarding will be in Tulsa. The ultimate goal when nearing the end of current leases would be to have everything under one roof, but that's a year or so out still.
If you have questions about boarding feel free to message here on Facebook we will still be monitoring messages. We will also be moving to a different client booking system in the new year I (Anastasia) am currently working through set up and learning how it operates, but it was needed with the addition of boarding.

Hi all! Anastasia here, I did promise big things were going to be happening in the new year. I have struggled since opening a salon in BA to find a location where I could groom and board that wouldn't be a warehouse type property. We found an place to groom, but it still wasn't a place we could board, so we decided to do the next best thing and rented a space that will allow us to build boarding clientele while hopefully finding a location that will allow us to move everything under one room again. I have the help and support to make this great and we would make it as easy as possible and offer check in/out at both locations (with a little shuttle service by yours truly) to take anyone checking in and out at the salon to the boarding location. It isn't my dream set up, but it is the first step to making my long term vision come true while offering more services to care for all my cat clients!! Hi Toe Bean clients!! Today, thankfully, is a day to celebrate!! Since moving my grooming focus, after 18 years, to be feline exclusive in July 2023, I have worked HARD to grow TB's and to provide the cats in the Broken Arrow and surrounding areas with the absolute best care I possibly can. I found an unbelievable feeling of community with cat groomers across the world and will continue to grow and learn more each year to keep our service top not h!! Today I hit a massive achievement and officially obtained my Certified Feline Master Groomer title by passing all of my written and practical exams!! Thank you all for being amazing and supporting my growth and goals to be the absolute best cat groomer I can be. I can't wait to hang this in the salon!!!

Hey everyone I try to be as transparent about what's going on behind the scenes of Toe Beans as much as I can. Yesterday I went to urgent care and am now on round of antibiotics and this morning I took my youngest to his pediatrician for a separate issue that has him on meds so I had to reschedule today. I realize after rescheduling due to my bite and a round of illness at the start of Nov this may be a headache for anyone I have had to reschedule more than once. I am so sorry guys, we're trying to get well so I can push through the December busy rush. If you have requests in with us, Nikki and I are still going to be replying to messages to try and get everyone in before we take a year end break. I am so sorry to be an inconvenience to anyone, but i promise we don't want to be sick and at home LOL

Happy Thanksgiving from us here at Toe Beans!! Hocus and Pocus are on nap 17 after another round of kitten wrestling.

I (Anastasia) am so beyond thankful for each and every client that has trusted my salon with the care of their cat. Nov 3 marked a full year of Toe Beans Salon and almost 2 years of being a feline exclusive groomer. I have some big plans coming in 2025 and can't wait to share all of them with you all in the new year 😁😁😁

Hi everyone Anastasia here! I was bitten in my right hand and even after a trip to urgent care for antibiotics, my right hand is still really painful and swollen. If you have an appointment tomorrow for Monday it has to be rescheduled. I'm not sure about Tuesday just yet hoping I'll have less pain and more mobility tomorrow.

If you've been to the salon this week you may have met our two temporary additions to the staff!! This is Hocus and Pocus they were found in Catoosa and brought to the salon. Nikki and Anastasia decided to take them in so we knew they would be vaccinated and fixed before being offered for adoption! The couple of clients who've donated towards their care already thank you!! Their adoption fees will be what the cost of spay/neuter and vaccines will be so that we may replenish the fund and help the next case we come across.
