So some have missed the announcement and I do apologize for that! So for anyone who has missed it a month ago I made the decision to shut my business down! It was extremely hard and mentally I wasn’t ok, so for those I haven’t gotten back to please understand I needed to step back and breath! Please know I love ALL of my clients and there has been a lot of tears this past month! It was not easy in the slightest. I had to find my peace though.

With that said I can finally share where I am now! I am sooo happy to be apart of this amazing team and honestly I didn’t know how badly I needed this team until I became apart of it! I am a Pet Stylist now with Bathewell Mobile Pet Spa. If anyone is wanting to keep me as a groomer please text (918)804-7865 to request a client application. Bad news, I’m trying not to cry! My work trucks radiator has a hole in it. For any of my clients with upcoming appointments I’m sorry I’m going to offer in home grooming until we get this worked out! 😭😭😤 when it rains it pours, we have priced some radiators but waiting for my dad who is a machanican to see what he can get. Hopefully we can get a new one quick and this will only be a minor hiccup!

With the excessive heat we have been having I need to consider my later evening spots to be moved up earlier in the day for the remainder of the summer months. Also I will have to cancel a appointment if my generator overheats without it I don’t have A/C and do not want to put your pets or myself in danger please be patient because the schedule might get a little different while I dodge this heat! Thank for your continued support and understanding!

I do want to remind my clients that I don’t mind latchkey service, I can send invoices! we can workout those details privately! Stay cool and hydrated!

Good morning! This is Kerrie with Chic Pup Inc. I have a few announcements! And updates that will effect everyone! Please read! Thank you!

First,I have been putting this off for some time now, but since prices everywhere are increasing I am going to have to increase my prices. Starting April 1st 2022 there will be a $10 to $20 dollar increase depending on the service you receive. I am also going to have to increase more on clients that require more time, due to health or behavioral issues and coats that require more work. I will discuss this increase with all of my current clients. It may take some time since I do run a busy schedule! Please be patient and understanding! Or feel free to text me at (918)568-4985 if you are concerned, I will try to get back to you as soon as possible!

Second, for those who are wanting appointments or new clients I can not accept new clients at the moment. I know I need to change my automative message on Facebook, so I’m sorry about that! I am currently very blessed to be over full and need to get my schedule back in order for my reoccurring clients! Thank you for understanding and hopefully soon I can open my books again so I can come and pamper your pups!

Third, when I am able to accept new clients I am scaling back on the areas that I am covering. again due to the increase of fuel. when I announce accepting new clients it will only be for Broken Arrow, Coweta andTulsa/South Tulsa. Current clients who are not in these area please do not worry, I will be your groomer until you no longer need my services! Thank you again! Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Hi everyone just another update. I have just been made aware that my scheduling app is sending out notifications for appointments. I am still unfortunately down I again apologize for this inconvenience my app I use had a software update and is having issues and sending wrong dates and times please bare with me! I’m sorry again for this wait I’m as frustrated as you guys are and again I’m sorry! If you got a message from my yesterday explaining how I would be giving you a new date and time and received a date and time I’m sorry I won’t be making it out today. I will be sending anything message and making calls!

I’m sorry to announce this. My van is in the shop we are having a great deal of issues getting the part that is needing to be replaced.
