Let's discuss EGGS. We are committed to providing you with the best tasting local eggs.

We know there is a concern for the Avian flu and we are taking steps to protect our flock. We limit the number of people who care for our birds and gather the eggs. We will continue to have eggs for sale online.

We will still have the honor fridge available as long as we don't experience increased theft.

So what can you try in place of your Bella Vita Salad? Try some kale. Now don't be hating on kale, you can juice it, make it sautéed with some mushroom or make kale chips! Now is a good time to try microgreens! They are tasty little nutritional powerhouses that can be used as a small salad, on sandwiches or in your favorite soups.
