This handsome guy is available at the Linn County Animal Shelter. He came to get spruced up in hopes of finding a furever family. If interested please go visit him at the Shelter. He is such a sweet boy and had great manners while being groomed.

CHAMBER MEMBER OF THE WEEK:

Raised right here in Brookfield, Aarika Billingsley saw the need for grooming and boarding in our community. This need, combined with her love for animals, led her to Moberly Community College. Here she got her Associates in Business while working at PetSmart to get her grooming certificate. She opened Fur Fabulous in Brookfield in 2014.
This October will be her 10 year anniversary! At Fur Fabulous you can get dog grooming services, which includes: bath, haircut or trim, nail grinding, gland expression, and ears and sanitary clean up. She also has 20 boarding kennels in a temperature controlled building, and offers boarding services 365 days of the year! Upon pick up from your appointment, clients are offered a 10-punch card and receive a hole punch with every same service. After you have completed your 10th punch, your 11th service will be free! These cards apply to baths, haircuts, or boarding nights. Fur Fabulous has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce for 9 years and has sponsored and donated to multiple Chamber hosted events, as well as others in the local community.
Along with donating free grooms to be bid at the local auctions, Aarika includes a Groom Certificate at Fur Fabulous with every dog adoption at the Humane Society. Fur Fabulous also hosts a series of Bandana Fundraisers throughout the year. What started as a Christmas Fundraiser for Linn County Kid’s Christmas, 2 years ago, has grown into a bigger program.
Each fundraiser the shop picks a local charity to raise money for and 100% of all proceeds go to the selected charity. Their next drive will be in June & July with funds going to Senate Bill 40 and to support local Veterans. So for all your four legged friends grooming needs go to Fur-Fabulous Grooming and Boarding! Yesterday we had the pleasure of cleaning up a dog from Animal shelter of linn county, in hopes of him finding a loving home. He was the sweetest and most loving dog. He got a bath nail trim/grinding and trim around ears f***y and belly.
