Adoption Update on Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth!

The Queens are doing great! We kept their names Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria as it suits them so well. They are adapting well and ruling over their loyal subjects as they were born to do.

Being mamas from a puppy mill they are going through all their firsts such as learning how to use steps. Potty training has been a challenge in this weather, but they are also learning what being adored means and they love their snuffle mats and toys! Elizabeth loves squeakers while Victoria is obsessed with her ducks.
The Queens are so sweet and gentle and we are so lucky they are gracing us with their presence!

Adoption Update on Zoe and Suzi!

Freya (fna Zoe) and Sasha (fna Suzi) have now been with us for 2 months and they are doing great! Freya likes to lay in her blanket nests that we’ve made her. She currently has 3 of them. She has really come a long way from when we first adopted her as she has opened up to being pet and loves to be brushed. She’s not afraid to tell us when she’s hungry and is quite the chow hound.

Sasha is very silly and friendly, and is a bit of an attention hog. She loves to play with Da Bird, her flopping fish, and just about any toy…she will occasionally chase her tail too like a dog. She’s is quite entertaining and is always up for pet or a snuggle, and she sleeps with me every night.
The kids and I are so happy to have these 2 ladies in our lives.

We had a great time at the PetExpo last Saturday! We brought our best furry friends, Aurelia, Janae, and Chocolate along and they definitely stole the spotlight! All three dogs loved meeting new friends whether they had two legs or four and all three are still available for adoption. So stop by the shelter today and say hi!
