Merry Christmas Eve friends. Kim still in the throws of this terrible flu, but Eddy and Bubs both gave me a present today! Eggs. It’s a Christmas miracle 😆 We were down to our last two eggs today and the unexpectedly warm week (after weeks of freezing temps) got these two going again! Bette even sat in the nest today—no egg, but at nearly 6 years old, a Bette egg is a rare delight.

I’m going to see if a hot shower and hot toddy can get me wrapping some presents.

They were missed while we were away and I’m pretty sure they’re happy I’m back. Lots of blueberries helped 😆

Poor Reya. She was way overdue for a haircut. One that costs more than my own by the way…One small mat is all it takes to get full on naked it seems if you’re a poodle. She will be wearing her holiday sweater tomorrow as temps dip below freezing. Poor baby.
