Heat stroke is NO JOKE in our furry friends. Know what to watch out for this summer!
- Walk your pets earlier in the morning or in the evening after dark
- Make sure they have access to water
- Don't leave them outside for extended periods
- Don't leave them in hot cars "just while you run in the store". I've seen too many deaths due to this!
- Keep long haired dogs groomed
- IF IT'S TOO HOT FOR YOUR HANDS IT'S TOO HOT FOR THEIR PAWS
