Our last Gymkhana is this weekend Sunday August 25th. We will have raffle items, food (we do need you guys to bring sides), fun games played horseback and a jackpot to kick everything off.

We are going to start at 9 with entries then filter through our jackpot and fun games. Come have a great time!!

Pre entries are open. Give Katie a call at (605)858-0112 to reserve your spot for our upcoming jackpot Sunday July 28th. You may also enter the morning of from 7:30-8:45am.

We need to have at least 10 riders in each division to pay out 3 places. For each division if there are 3-9 riders we will only pay out 1st at 80/20.

Need a getaway for your favorite horse? We got a spot for you. Here at Daisy’s Stables we have every amenity you would need.

Our paddocks are 40x40 with a loafing shed and your own private hay storage area. Also in your paddock you get a Richie automatic waterer and it’s HEATED for those cold Wyoming winter nights.

Along with your paddock you get your own private tack room that you can lock with its own code.

You will also have access to both our 100x200 indoor arena and our 150x200 outdoor arena with adjoining round pen, 50 acres of pasture that you can ride in. Lastly we have perfect access to riding in the road ditches.

Today was Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo parade and our crew had an amazing time. We would like to thank all of our riders and the Oates for getting us through and decorating the horse trailer. We loved seeing everyone and hope some of you will come and see us for arena rentals, horse boarding or lesson.

Don’t forget! This weekend starting on Friday we have practice from 5-8pm $10 per person. Then Sunday checkins start at 12pm $30 per person and that gets you signed up for all 5 events.

Fun Fact of the Day:

Have you ever seen a Donkey in with a heard of horses? Ever wonder why it’s there? Well most people use donkeys as protection animals. They will protect the heard from mountain lions, bears, coyotes, all kind of things. They are also sometimes used as emotional support systems. Kinda like goats or mini horses.

We have added a new horse to our herd!! Everyone welcome Boon!! Boon is a former high school national champion cutting horse. He is the most sweet horse ever and loves everyone. He is great with out riding lesson students.

Did you know when horses sleep standing up they lock their legs. This happens so that they don’t collapse to the ground while sleeping. It’s also known as the stay apparatus.
