Valentine's Day is coming... LOVE yourself with fresh microgreens!

Microgreens are small on size, but mighty on nutrition! There are so many nutrients, vitamins and minerals in those little leaves.

Add them to your smoothie, pizza, sandwich, wrap, taco, hamburger or any entree.

Message me and I will personally deliver to you!

Each container is roughly 2 ounces and range between $8-10. They last for about 2 weeks, depending on how much you eat.

Sunflower microgreens are a SUNsational snack rich in vitamins A, C, D, and E as well as calcium, iron and zinc. It also has protein. I always tell people that a handful of sunnies takes my hunger away.

Pea microgreens are loaded with vitamins A, C and K as well as iron, calcium and potassium. I love rolling my pea microgreens in a slice of cheese for a quick snack!

Want to boost your nutrient intake? Try pea or sunflower microgreens.

PEA microgreens are rich in Vitamin A; they contain antioxidants that fight cancer and cellular damage. They are also abundant in Vitamin B, especially folate (B9). Pea shoots are especially rich in Vitamin C, maintaining bone health, supporting the immune system, and helping with the absorption of iron. They also contain high amounts of Vitamin K. In addition, pea shoots contain important minerals, like copper, iron and manganese.

SUNFLOWER microgreens are also a good source of Vitamins A, C, E, K and B6. Sunnies pack plenty of iron and protein. They contain omega-3s and omega-6s, which are excellent for brain health. They are a complete source of amino acids as well. 100 grams of sunflower shoots contain only 27 calories.

Both of these microgreens are easy to add to your diet. I add pea shoots to almost anything: tacos, sandwiches, rice or mashed potatoes, pizza, hamburgers. Sunflowers I eat mostly by itself. A handful curbs my hunger, but add them to guacamole or a pb and j for extra texture and nutrition.
