To be continued part 2. She was as shocked as I was and said there was no need for that. She then stated that she would be writing a check to the local humane society for the groom amount!!! Every body wins!!! And we witnessed God's blessings!!! I also gave lady #2 a deshedding treatment at no charge, as she would not let me come pick up her dog and return it afterwards for her Inconvenience. Thank you AWESOME Pawsome clients. There are still good people in this world.

My clients are "AWESOME". Today I accidently double booked a time slot. I was just welcoming my 10 o'clock appt when another car pulled in the drive. I had messed up and not written her down. While trying to resolve the issue and set a time for her to come back later in the afternoon, the 1st lady volunteered to give her spot to lady #2 and she would come back. So nice, right? Well, when lady #2 came back to pick up her dog, she insisted on paying for her's and lady's #1 grooming. I told her that it was my fault and that she didn't need to do that. She gave me $100 and said that that is what she wanted to do. So when lady #1 came to pick up her dog I told her that her groom was paid by lady #2. TBC
