Hey everyone, Rhi here!!
Today marks the final day of grooming here at Nose to Tail and my final day as a professional dog groomer.
Over the last few weeks I have received so many kind messages and words from you all. I'm honestly speechless. Your understanding and support means more to me than I can ever express and I will forever be grateful for each and every one of you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for everything. Give your dogs extra love from myself and Melina.🫶

Our social media, email and phone will be active until April 1st. We want to make sure you all are set up for success going forward. If you are having a hard time finding a groomer or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to send a message/text and I will do my very best to assist.
Thank you again for all you’ve given to us! We will miss you guys terribly.

We have power back! With the storm coming this evening we will see how long it stays, but for now we are back on track with appointments!!

As we enter the new year, we’d like to announce some changes and make some reminders.

Pricing: We are moving to an hourly pricing system. This won’t change pricing for most of you that maintain a regular grooming schedule with us but will help alleviate any challenges that may arise with unexpected coat conditions (matting, packed undercoat, etc). All of our dogs are groomed one and one and straight through the entire process. Our base hourly rate will be starting at $60/hour.

Appointment times: Please be conscientious about your arrival times and agreed upon pick up times. Because we are a small, one-on-one salon, we can not accommodate holding your pet past their appointment slot as this takes away our time and attention from the next pet in our care. We strive to offer a relaxed and quiet environment for our dogs and timely drop off and pick up is essential to this goal. Late pick up fees may apply as necessary.

Salon phone and correspondence: 603-316-9297 We are so happy to now have a dedicated number for our salon! Please save this number and correspondence and inquiries can be directed there via call or text message.
We are still also available via email at [email protected]
With this, we’d also like to note that correspondence will be done during business hours and at our convenience so that we may maintain a healthy work/life balance as well as dedicate all of our attention to the pets that are in our care. Please be patient with responses. If your call is not answered, leave us a voice message or text us with a detailed message. Our goal is always safety first for the pet in front of us which means we may not be readily available to answer calls.

Nose to Tail will be closed to allow Rhi and Melina some well deserved rest after such a busy holiday rush!

Good morning everyone 🌞

Just a few small announcements we would like to share with you this morning!
Things are starting to pick up a bit, so we've decided to open up some Friday appointments! For information on our new Friday availability please PM or email us and we will be happy to fill you in on the open time spots we have.

We will also be out of the shop October 7th-8th due to attending continuing education courses at the New England Groom Show!! The being said we do have limited appointments available before we head out, so make sure you schedule before they fill!!

Having your short coat on a regular grooming schedule can help regulate and lessen shedding. That way there's less sweeping for you and more time to play outside in the sunshine 🌞
