New Scent Work Title for Doreen Barren's Cassi!

Doreen writes: Cassi did an amazing job of searching to earn an AKC Scent Work Detective title on February 22nd at the Fort Wayne IN Detective Only Trials. It was a challenging, yet fun search designed by Anna Latscha. Just love my scent work teammate.

CABTC wants to congratulate our newest Canine Good Citizen’s and their handlers: Carole with Alexis and Jennifer with Riker! Great job!! We’d also like to thank our evaluator, Karen, and all the volunteers who came out on a snowy Thursday evening to make this event possible.

CABTC still has a few open spots for our “Pattern Games for a Distracting World” class starting Tuesday, February 18th at 8pm. This program is perfect for dogs who get anxious outside the home, during training, when guests come over, and keeps them entertained in poor weather. Learn easy games to play that will calm your dog. More information is available at CABTC.org.

Theresa Rector, Canadian world team trainer is returning to Cleveland. Agility is offering the seminar March 14-16. There are all sorts of classes to fit the needs of all dog/handler levels. See the flyers attached for details and costs. Working spots are limited but auditing is unlimited. If you can bring a dog to work you can get a plethora of information from auditing too.

CABTC UPDATE:
Obedience and Agility classes have been cancelled for Tuesday and Wednesday, January 21 & 22. This includes all walk-in classes. We’ll come out of this deep-freeze soon and look forward to seeing you back a CABTC.
