As the year comes to a close, I just want to take a moment to thank all of you for your incredible support, trust, and loyalty throughout this year and past years. It has truly been a pleasure working with each of you and being able to work on your equine friends!! and your continued belief in my work means more than words can express!!

I’m grateful for the relationships we have formed, I truly appreciate each and every one of you. I’m looking forward to what the future holds and can’t wait to continue working together in the coming year.

🚨 A CLEAN HORSE = A HIGH QUALITY CLIP🚨

Bathing your horse before clipping is not just a recommendation—it's essential for achieving a high-quality clip. Skipping this step can result in a poor finish, even discomfort for your horse. Here’s why:

🧼A Clean Coat = A Smooth Clip: Dirt, sweat, and oils trapped in a dirty coat can cause clippers to drag or snag, leading to uneven lines. Clipping a dirty coat will leave a patchy and uneven finish that’s hard to fix.

💈 Clippers blades: Clipper blades are highly sensitive to dirt and debris. A dirty coat can quickly dull my blades, causing them to overheat and wear out faster, which leads to poor performance.

🐎Horse Comfort: Clipping a dirty coat can cause irritation to your horse’s skin, making the process uncomfortable or even painful. Clean skin means a smoother, more comfortable experience.

✨Long-Lasting Results: A clean coat allows for a sharper, more precise clip that lasts longer. By properly bathing your horse and allowing their coat to fully dry, I can ensure that the clip stays neat and tidy for weeks.

Bottom line: A dirty coat leads to a poor-quality clip—it’s that simple. I am not a miracle worker unfortunately and can only work with what I am presented with 🫶

Working on getting everyone rescheduled from the hurricane. I believe I have contacted everyone (I’m sure my brain blanked on someone, so if that is you please reach back out 🫶)

Please bear with me, as October is ready one of my busiest months of the year, and having to cancel all appointments last week did not help 🤪

I hope everyone made it back home from the hurricane and is safe!

How I felt clipping today 😅 that being said, appointments for the rest of the week will have to be rescheduled.

Once things calm down and get back on track I will message everyone back (I know I’ve gotten some new messages I haven’t had a chance to reply to).

Over the course of the next two days i will be working in evacuating my horses. I am praying for Florida and everyone in this path.
