Wow and thank you! We did it! The 2024 Alexandria fair definitely was one for the books.

First and foremost thank you everyone that helped, sorry if I forget anyone. Thank you: Mat, Kellie, Hunter, Bre, Chelsea, Raymond, Mike, Duncan, Whitney, Kevin, Bobbie, Jack, Jerry, Amy, Rich, Tina and to anyone else who I have missed. Without all of you there would have been no chance for Brian and I to pull off what all we did this weekend.

We had set a high bar of having two, six horse hitches show at this Alexandria fair and we achieved it. There were lots of odds stacked against us with not having all equipment in on promised times, the very hot summer that a lot of the horses were not accustomed to and a very sick yearling at home.

The absolute highlights of the weekend were being ready ahead of time for every single class! Kellie did an amazing job not only of her solo cart drive but also her second time showing a team this year and coming out with the win even! Brian did great on his own showing and adjusting to the new to us hitch for Jerry but just couldn't pull off a win over Karen's first times showing a six . The placings and wins were absolutely incredible.

The weekend victories were shadowed a bit by everyone being a bit exhausted because Karen was pulled away every day to care for a sick Rocky at home. Thank you Dr. Linse for being such an amazing vet and being there for our horses when we and they have truly needed you the most. Rocky seems to be turning a corner and getting a bit better each day now.

Thank you Alexandria fair and fairboard, especially Doug for everything you have done to give us a great place to achieve such a feat.

Not many pictures were taken by us, if you have any pictures please share we love to see them.

Thank you everyone again!
