Before and after of our blue and white jump standards 😁. the one on the left is about eight years old and the decorative wood was getting old and needed a face lift. Since I’m better at art then a wood craftsman I decided to go artsy 💁‍♀️ The one on the right is a light weight plastic that looks like wood. I put a graphic from Amazon, painted over the entire board and graphic then removed the graphic. Pretty cool 😎

This is what I was breeding for in my future horse.. so smart and easy going ❤️ unfortunately she’s a pony 😩 crossing my fingers one of my next babies have this brain 🤞

In light of pony finals this week, I thought would be fun to share our children’s pony finals round from 2015. This was held in Saugerties New York, and the fence heights are children’s pony height instead of the division pony height. I remember thinking holy cow this is a crazy long course they had to go up a hill out of the ring 😂

Watch to the end.. it’s the sweetest moment. Elsa‘s former owner, Sandy Haber came out to visit and ride Elsa with baby Ellie in tow. 🥰🥰they all were so happy

Monty was super excited to be hanging with the big kids. Thank goodness Cha Cha didn’t mind him trotting up her tail and biting her 😅

Ellie was cracking me up today she was so excited to be in a new paddock 🐎

Almost every day before I leave to go home I spend 15 to 20 minutes hanging out in the pasture with Ellie giving her scratches and exposing her to different stimuli. Today I decided to bring clippers to desensitize her and to my surprise she didn’t mind the sound or vibration at all she actually liked it. So I grabbed my phone to get a video (that’s why you see an already clipped spot on her side). I also noticed she had some graying around her eyes and wanted to see if she was going to shed out into a grey. I think it’s too soon to tell but possible 🤷‍♀️. And since those tiny clippers are not meant to do body clipping they jammed up 🤦🏼‍♀️ guess fixing that will be tomorrows task

OMG 9 days later I’m still waiting on this mare hand and foot…I have built her an extension to her maternity ward, spa day after spa day I’m closing my move rings on my Apple Watch trying to walk this baby out and no baby 🤷‍♀️.. c’mon Elsa 😩
