Meet this tiny firecracker! At just 1 year old, she’s a small-but-mighty bundle of joy who loves life at full speed. With her white-and-tan coat and bright, eager eyes, she’s the kind of dog who brings instant sunshine to any room.
She’s currently settling in at our kennels after arriving on 12/1, and we’ve already learned one thing for sure—this girl has energy to spare! She would thrive in a home that can help her reach her daily dose of activity, whether that’s brisk walks, playful yard time, or fun doggy adventures.

In honor of Peanut and all of our beloved HSNC alumni, we are thrilled to announce that every donation made for Giving Tuesday will be matched up to $10,000 by a generous anonymous donor! 🎉

The Humane Society of the Nature Coast is currently raising funds to build new, safe, and comfortable dog kennels for the pups in our care. These upgrades will help us provide a healthier and happier environment for dogs waiting for their second chance at love. 💗

Our Sphynx-mix kittens found their forever homes today through our lottery-style adoption process that was held yesterday — and what an amazing turnout we had! Thank you to everyone who came out to apply. With 20 incredible applicants, these little ones were surrounded by so many thoughtful, enthusiastic potential adopters.

We truly appreciate your interest, patience, and kindness throughout the process.
Both kittens are now off to wonderful homes with families experienced in caring for hairless breeds — a perfect match all around! 💛🐾

"Better late than never…wanted to update you all. I had adopted Kallie aka Cherry Bomb back in July of 24. She is such a sweet girl full of energy and is a mama’s girl! She is definitely a Jeep girl! She is spoiled and loved beyond words!! A great addition to our family!"

Thank you family for loving her and giving this very energetic dog a wonderful home!! Lots of adventures for this gal in her Jeep!
