Many pets do not like cages, and neither do we. We try our best to keep your dog from being in a cage by providing one on one pet grooming, however some circumstances permit us to cage some pets. We offer competitive prices and high quality grooming services. We are open Monday Through Friday from 8:30am-8pm and Saturday 8:30am-5pm, Yes we offer evening appointments. I have been working hard to get caught up with posting all of our friends who stopped in for our Thanksgiving Spa Days. What a fun time it was celebrating with each one of you. I have been meaning to create a post but have been a little under the weather so please forgive me if it takes me a little longer to get them all posted. I really do hope each and every one of you had an amazing Thanksgiving with your families. We are so blessed and grateful for each and every one of you, and without you we could not continue to do what we love to do each and every day. A male boxer showed up at the salon with a collar and a leash. If you know who’s dog this is or if it is your dog please call 765-547-1999 or after 9pm call 765-265-3632. We called animal control and were told to let it go run the street 🤪. Obviously we are not that cruel so he will be staying at the salon for now.

We are looking for the following breeds for our student Lauren who currently has finished the bathing portion of the Professional Pet Stylist program. We are so excited to watch her advance to the next stage.

- Small sized doodles (any mix)
-toy or mini poodles
- Maltese
-yorkie
- shih-tzu
- Lhasa
- havanese
- bichon

We are not offering this for new pets at this time as we have to make sure Lauren will be able to do most of the work independently.

All clients will be given a 1 length all over haircut but can choose the length as long as there is no matting.

You must be ok with leaving your dog for 2-3 hours as she is completely new to haircuts.

I want to introduce to your our newest Nash Academy student Lauren Jones a Brookville native, how amazing is this!!! Lauren graduated from Franklin County High School and will now be pursuing a career in pet grooming and chose Grooming Girls to complete her hands on portion of the curriculum. This is so exciting for us and for her and we can’t wait for everyone to watch her grow.

We are now looking to schedule Lauren bath dogs only at this time and once she completes the bathing portion of the program we will then start scheduling haircuts.

If you would be interested in allowing Lauren the opportunity to learn we will be happy to schedule you a FREE bath and brush but the following conditions will apply.

- NO NEW CLIENTS OR NEW PETS, this is for current clients only, since I no longer employ assistants we must know the behavior of the pet and feel comfortable allowing a beginner to complete the task. Groomers will not be able to step in and finish a pet because of behavior issues so at this time we are not offering this to pets who have not been groomed by our salon before.

-Completed grooms are as is. Meaning the student will be completing all tasks, such as bathing, brushing, blow drying, ear cleaning and nail trimming alone. She will not be perfect but she will do her absolute best.
