Happy Friday Friends! We made it. Through heat and smoke, we made it. Head out to a farmers market this weekend and support your hardworking farmers. Working outside these days is rougher than usual and sometimes even the plants say “no thanks” but we keep chugging away and bringing you what the land will offer.

Four years in and finally we’ve achieved an instagramable head lettuce bed. We’ve switched to and it’s made a big difference on spacing and consistency. Always more improvements to make but it’s nice when the veggies act pretty for us.

Watch for these beauties at Louisville Farmers Market on Saturday and the Candelas Farmers Market on Sunday.

Lots of goodness coming out of the fields this week and heading to Louisville. The roots are happening along with our first cucumbers, greens and more. We’ll also have a small amount of fancy green beans. Come early to beat the heat and get your groceries for the week.

Did you know that you can order online and pick up at the market or the farm? Many of you really love our greens but Saturday mornings are busy and if you're not early, you can miss them. Place an order on our website and we'll hang onto it (nicely chilled in a cooler) until you're ready for it.

The best breakfast is back. Fresh sourdough topped with slices of cherokee carbon tomato and a sprinkle of feta. The first of these gorgeous tomatoes will be coming to the market this weekend! At least we’re trying not to eat them all 😬

We have the whole rainbow right here. The pot of gold, just next door. Some days feel like we have the rainbow, others feel like we’ll never find it. Feeling humbled by our little farm this evening and grateful the latest storm didn’t bring us damaging hail and winds. Eat local y’all, it’s a journey every week to bring you delicious, healthy food and we’re honored to do it!
