Here, we have Mr. Griffin & Miss Stella doing an exercise known as sit on leash. The end goal is for both pups to settle on their own; without anyone guiding them into the down position. We call this “conditioned calm,” and it helps dogs learn that they are still able to be present and calm in various environments. In this case, they’re both working on socialization with other pups, while also learning to manage their impulses🐾.

Chip just graduated from our Board & Train program and is starting his new year off right!
He was a “nervous nelly” - afraid to walk up steps and spooked by just about any noise. Training isn’t just about teaching your dog important cues. It’s showing your dog how to problem solve so they can navigate the world with confidence. We are so proud of his progress!

Meet Cordell! 💙
He started in our 4 week Day Training Program a few months ago, but struggled to focus during his training sessions. We decided to do a hybrid program at home instead and he is thriving!
He went from pulling uncontrollably on leash to being able to walk next to the handler without us even having to hold the leash❗️
Our mission is to help your dog to be successful during their training, even if that means one of our current programs aren’t a good fit. We enjoy our drop in visits with Cordell and we are so proud of his progress!
