Your pet won't be here longer than 3 hours on appointment days (Mondays, Thursdays, and Friday) Take advantage of our extended hours on Tuesday's and Wednesday's, where you can leave your pet all day while you work.(open 7:30-6) You can also leave your pet all day even if you have a scheduled appointment. swer the phones during the day. Please leave a message to make an appointment. We return all phone calls between 4 and 6p.m. We save appointments in the order of the messages recieved. If you come in to make an appointment we reserve appoinments for messages left first. If you have a pet here, leave a message letting us know your pet is here and we will call you back asap. We do this in order to get your pet out quickly. We are not hair stylist, we are pet groomers. We can not finish your dog as fast as you get your hair cut at a hair salon. We ask at least 3 hours for your dog to be completed. Yes we probably could have your pet out in an hour, but we also have other pets to work on. We take 2 dogs in the same slot. When one is getting bathed and dried, we work on the other one. If we would rush to have your dog out sooner, there is a chance we could cut your pet or it may come out looking worse than it came in. We believe in doing our best on your pet and taking our time. Remember your hair stylist only cuts the hair on your head. We groom your entire dog, give them pedicures, manicures, facials, clean their ears and bathe them. Could your hair stylist do this in less than 3 hours? You also sit still for your hair stylist. Remember not every pet likes to be groomed. We understand some pets may not be able to be kenneled due to medical issues. We do offer an express service that is $10 extra. With this service your pet will not be kenneled and will be groomed from start to finish. We usually ask an hour and a half for this service. You have to make a special appointment for this service. We only offer the service at 8:00 apts only on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. We understand you may want to stay with your pet because you are worried about them being left with a stranger. We completely understand how you feel however most pets tend to act up when they see their owner. This makes it harder for us to groom your pet and it may stress them out even more. You are welcome to stay as long as your pet doesn't start acting up. You will not be able to help hold your pet. Also be aware that your pet will be here for 3 hours (unless you purchase the express package) and will be put in the back to be bathed. We love and treat our own pets as children and we wouldn't be in this profession if we didn't care for your pet as well. If you have any concerns, questions, or problems feel free to call us anytime.
