Pizza Pasta Recipe 🍕🍝
Ingredients:

12 oz (about 3 cups) pasta (rotini, penne, or your favorite pasta)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lb Italian sausage (or ground beef, optional)
1/2 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup pepperoni slices (or any favorite pizza toppings)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) pizza sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil leaves (optional for garnish)
Instructions:

Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the sausage: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage (or ground beef) and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the veggies: In the same skillet, add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Combine everything: Add the cooked sausage back into the skillet. Pour in the pizza sauce and sprinkle in the oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
For the Praline Topping:

1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
For the Cake:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the buttermilk. Start and end with the dry ingredients. Mix just until combined.

1 cup beef broth (or vegetable broth)
1/2 cup red wine (optional, but adds great flavor)
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
2 teaspoons dried rosemary (or fresh, chopped)
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon ground cumin (optional for a bit of warmth)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1-2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions:
Sear the lamb shanks:

Set your Instant Pot to the "Sauté" mode and heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Season the lamb shanks generously with salt and pepper. When the oil is hot, add the lamb shanks to the Instant Pot and sear them on all sides until browned (about 3-4 minutes per side). Once seared, remove the lamb shanks and set them aside.
Sauté the aromatics:

Add the chopped onion to the Instant Pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Deglaze the pot:

Pour in the red wine (if using) and beef broth to deglaze the pot, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot with a wooden spoon. This adds lots of flavor to your sauce.
