• Milk (1 cup)
• All-purpose flour (5 Tbsp)
• Butter (1 cup, softened)
• Granulated sugar (1 cup)
• Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
Whisk milk & flour over medium heat till thick — let cool.
Beat butter, sugar & vanilla till fluffy.
