We do not sell raw milk for human consumption as some of you have asked but i highly recommend getting your own goats if you can to raise for the many benefits of goat milk.

Lactose tolerance is actually fairly abnormal and many people over time due to genetic restrictions develop lactose intolerance.

I went 34 years before i began developing an intolerance to cows milk not enough to put me completely off it but cows milk can cause some serious gut pains.

goat milk is a good milk and has often been used as a substitute for other species .

you can make cheddars, cheesecakes, butter, cream and many more things such as soaps and even lotions though from a practical standpoint i recommend you make that yourself and use it rather quickly .

i am not selling milkers this year unless i part with 1 doe who depending on what she produces and how she looks will stay or go.

im keeping back most if not all doe kids this year if they are not previously reserved and buck kids are being Wethered unless reserved prior to birth.

i took a trip towards the border recently and a friends husband made a mistake that gave me a grand idea.

he said i better not be bringing him a cow, well i didnt have any calves on the ground and couldnt justify hauling the trailer so i looked in the barn and snagged Serenity the nigerian.

when her husband showed up he cursed loudly because he did believe i had in fact brought a mini holstein or some such to traumatize him.

now of course he wants nigerians as well as lamanchas.

thats me, the goat dealer.

Serenity left her friend with the idea of more goats!

Early this year our girl Kismet decided to break her leg while I was out of town I got home and immediately had her taken to the vet wrapped her leg and put a cast on it and a splint and this girl was bound and determined to take it off I got a couple sly comments from folks about me not taking her to the vet without them actually realizing that I'd already done so 🤣 and there was literally nothing else that I could have them do besides taking her leg off considering she kept taking this off like a d*** parlor trick let this be an example to folks just because folks don't tell you everything that's going on doesn't mean that they're not doing things to try and make life work. Oh I'm also going to point out this too is no longer a show goat guess I'm going to just throw her out there because I can't show her I'm so obsessed with showing animals that I don't care about their well-being anymore (sarcasm) Kismet is actually bred and she can run around on that leg just fine let me just say this girl knows how to injure herself. So we kept putting it all back on her and giving her pain killers and making sure that she wasn't getting bullied from her feed so she got her own private feed time and now she's up and running and climbing again despite every attempt we make she finds something every time. 😉 but hey folks since I can't show her anymore I guess I didn't care to do all that she's obviously not standing up jk
