• Thursday, August 15 | Our Artisan Collective Makers Market returns from 3:30 to 6:30 pm. Featuring local growers, crafters, movers and shakers, our monthly artisan market showcases local goods alongside our lineup of handcrafted beer.

• Sunday, September 8 | From 12 to 5 pm, we're hosting the Unleash Hope! Makers Market & Pet Adoption Event, presented by Laceleaf Pet Services . This event spotlights mental health awareness and benefits local organizations making a difference for individuals overcoming mental health issues.

• Saturday, September 14 | Celebrate our 6th Anniversary from 12-10 pm! Join us for an amazing party. Our anniversary beer releases include Asleep on the Forest Floor, Through Woven Branches, Summon The Moon Lord and Year Six Pilsner. The party also features our unique Pig Roast food options and live music with Joe Dicey & The High Rollers from 6:30-9:30 pm.

Free Adoptions Start Today!!

All adoption fees are waived for the month of August.

The Humane Society of Carroll County (HSCC) is participating in the Maryland 3000 adoption challenge. A statewide initiative led by the Baltimore Animal Welfare Alliance (BAWA) to help clear the shelters in Maryland (participating shelters only) with a goal of 3000 animals being adopted. Shelters in every county of Maryland are participating.

📣UPDATE 📣: unfortunately, these kitties have caught a stomach bug and will be unable to come to our rescue center this weekend. It seems to be running through them quickly, so they should be feeling better soon and will be ready to meet their forever family! 🚨MEET SABRINA!!🚨

Our good friend Sabrina (who is also responsible for convincing us to adopt Cardi Beans from 🙄🤭) has joined the Laceleaf team and we are STOKED!

This Guatemalan Goddess came into our lives a little over two years ago, and we are so glad she did 🩵

When she’s not walking clients’ pups, chances are she’s on an outdoor adventure with her girlfriend, Hunter, and their dogs, Zero, Rya and Maxton!

Sabrina is now available to walk, stay with, and drop-in on clients in the Wormans Mill and Downtown Frederick areas!
