Our resident 4H-Club, Rein & Shine, went to open ride time at the Clark County Fairgrounds last week. All ponies (and kids!) were well behaved and it was great prep for members going to fair.
Check out program horses Charlie, Shanti, Jazzy and Lark- and some friends!
Tis the season to be giving and why not support your favorite non-profit youth equestrian center? We'd appreciate any support, big or small.
Please share and spread the love!

Barn cats Chocolate and Sugar
On april 23rd, we welcomed two new residents to the Ranch 😻
Chocolate and Sugar are a bonded pair of neutered Domestic Short Hair cats who needed a new home since their family was moving out of state. They spent a few weeks together in a cage helping them adjust to their new home. These brothers are about 1 year old. Chocolate is black with beautiful brown highlights and Sugar is a grey tabby with spectacular white fur.
It has been love at first sight for everyone who meets them, that is except for the barn birds who are always watching out for Sugar who likes to walk on the rafters. Once again we believe the Ranch has truly been blessed to have these two sweet boys join our family. Our senior cat, Sophie, has been a good feline manager making sure the newcomers know where they can go and what is hers! While our other two cats, Ralphie and Luna, remember the challenges they faced when they joined the barn about 2 years ago. They are welcoming and friendly, allowing the boys to sleep in the hayloft wherever they choose as everyone settles into the daily rhythm of the Ranch.
Finally our thanks goes out to Margaret as the cat-expert who brought these two wonderful additions to our Ranch!
Goats and their popsicles!
The goats are excited for their popsicles!!!
Due to the continued HOT 🥵 weather, we are cancelling lessons through Wednesday 6/30, and all students and families should have received an email with more details.
Stay cool everyone!
Ralphie is a little distracting!
