Sam is learning leash manners, his owner would like him to Heel very nicely next to him as they walk but Sam, being a young pup, has some other ideas of fun 😅 however Sam absolutely loves verbal praise and wants nothing more than to please so his progress is not taking long!

Blue’s grooming! 💙
I have known this handsome boy for a few years, as a pup he and his amazing pawrents did all of his training with me, he has his skills down and doesn’t require training now however they decided they wanted to resume his grooming with me and I am feeling so blessed to be Blue’s safe space for all of his needs, this boy has a soft spot in my heart!! Look at those expressions after getting so clean and fluffy 🩵💙

This was my second time meeting Levi and he was fearful of jumping up onto things.. such as couch, bed and the car. Well tonight Levi is HAPPILY overcoming his fears and very willingly jumping onto all of those things, I’m so proud of his trust in me and his wonderful owner 🙌🏼

Hey guys it’s been a little bit! I have been meeting lots of new pups and also have my past clients doing refreshers since spring always brings new adventures! That also means I’m booking up fast which I’m beyond grateful for. Working full time and running my small business can be tricky 😅 I am currently taking 1-2 behavior trainings each evening and I am BOOKED tight next week -WOW!- Thank you all so much for being patient with me during the scheduling process 🫶🏼 supporting small businesses has huge impact. 100% of my business comes from word of mouth and I take huge pride in that, you guys and your dogs mean the world to me truly!!

Little miss Poppins is so precious!! She has some really good commands down already but she needs some help learning to come when called, we are also building leadership from her owners to gain more confidence while out in public as she is shy of strangers. This is Harley! Harley belongs to my good friend who has been working her butt off being a leader for her dog and IT SHOWS! Harley has recently become reactive towards other dogs and some people.. the last few weeks we went from being so reactive she could not be redirected and she’s STRONG.. to now grasping her “focus” and getting her to “leave-it” when asked! Harley has a bright future and I’m excited to continue working with her on this journey!

Colt during the blow drying portion of his grooming was so precious, I’m so impressed and loved getting to give him such a positive first time experience 🙌🏼

Test numbers 2 & 3 for Virtual Home Manners class is Sit and Down on command with no lure! That does not mean no hand signal so it’s possible to accomplish these items in many ways, here are 3 dogs with versatile command signals!

#8 on the AKC Virtual Manners test is to demonstrate the relationship you have with your dog.. an option to use can be a trick you taught the dog. Waya is my youngest and he recently is learning about agility with me, here he is demonstrating our “magic” ❤️ some other options are: Hide and Seek, Scent Game or Playing with a toy!

Waya had a blast and picked out a new toy during his first time visit to Pet Supplies Plus - Green Bay, WI He was so well behaved and made me excited to continue with more outings. During our outings I’d love for anyone that’s interested to join us in training with the public, we love friends! I will post some dates and locations so keep an eye out if you are interested in gaining more exposure with a professional trainer at your side!

Heel through tempting distractions takes a ton of practice! I was so proud of Morello when we accomplished this, here’s a video from 2019 when he was completing his public access training

Rookie the Great Dane pup is learning “Place” his first day at it and he is a fast learner! I’m excited to continue progressing with his commands!
