This past Saturday, we teamed up with Petco Love to help our pets find Love for the Holidays! Well, the results are in: 3 cats and 4 dogs found homes just in time for Christmas! 🙌

Thank you, Petco Love for making this special day possible! And to the families who opened their hearts and homes - you've given a shelter pet the best gift of all: a loving family! 💜

Guys, do we think Boomer has found his perfect home, or what?! Read this: 😍

"Hi there! I just wanted to give yall an update on Boomer!! HES DOING AWESOME!!! He loves the couch, he LOVES his new dad, he loves going in the car, he loves his new harness with his new tags on it, his tail wags have gone from barely to full tail whip thumping on all walls, tables, doors etc. He wants all the hugs, cuddles, scratches that we have to offer (and they are plentiful). He loves his backyard, he rips and races and runs. He knows where the door to the yard is and gives us a bit of a noise and lets us know he needs to go out, goes out does the business then comes back in!

He’s had a grooming session, complete with bath, nails, and teeth! Groomer said he was wonderful and well behaved would love to see him again! When he’s in a certain lovey mood he has started to give a full on toothy grin and it’s PRICELESS…. I’ve been trying to get a pic but I’ve missed it cause I’ve been too busy gushing over him. I’m sure the next days and weeks will bring more updates but we just wanted to let yall know that this boy was born to be here with us, it’s only been 4 days and we feel like he’s always been with us! Thank you all so much! Merry Christmas!!!"

We are so lucky and so thankful to have such a wonderful and generous organization right here in Bryan/College Station!

The difference this donation will make for the pets in need is incredible and we are so grateful!

The Cocoa for a Cause this week was for the Aggieland Humane Society! They work to provide humane care and placement for homeless and abandoned animals, promotes the human-animal bond and promotes responsible pet ownership to enhance the quality of life for the people and animals in our community. We’re honored to present $40,000 to support their mission!

YOU made 2024 unforgettable for pets like Pixar and so many others! 👏

This year, you made happy endings happen. Together we hit a record milestone: 2,714 pets found loving homes - that's nearly 300 more than last year! That's 2,714 wagging tails, happy meows, and second chances only possible because of YOU!

Now we want to share Pixar's story: Pixar was found in heartbreaking condition on a sweltering July day in College Station. He was covered in wounds, abscesses, and in unimaginable pain. 💔 He needed staples to close his wounds, medications to soothe his pain, and weeks of TLC to mend his broken body.

The result? An ending for the books! Pixar's pain faded, his hope returned, and his story came full circle. The family who found him on the streets came to adopt him the moment he was ready!

Our night at Santa's Wonderland- A Texas Christmas Experience was a huge success: all the pets found loving homes before 9:00 PM! 🙌👏 We'll share some pictures soon!

We are so grateful to everyone who came out to make pets' dreams come true! And despite it being extra warm on Saturday, we still saw lots of people drinking hot cocoa to benefit the pets of Aggieland Humane! THANK YOU!
