Excited for the first market for the farm for 2024!

A couple new and returning items to be featured.

1) Lemon Ricotta Cookies are back for a limited time. These use only sheep milk to make the ricotta. No cow milk or milk products. No butter, we use olive oil, eggs from the chickens, plus fresh lemon juice and lemon zest make for a great balanced cookie. Perfect addition to your Easter treats.

2) Herb starts are here! Currently planned to have the following:
Dill
Cilantro
Chamomile
Basil
Lemon Basil
Lime Basil
Cinnamon Basil
Blue Spice Basil

Planning on having our sheep milk caramels. Great for an Easter basket or even hide one in a plastic egg to put out for an Easter egg hunt on Sunday.

Going to select a few cabbages and lettuce to have for produce.

Also, if looking for a unique protein for Easter we will have rabbit meat as well.

Come by and say hi and get something for your Easter meal!
