We hope all is going well this Christmas Season. Unfortunately it looks like the weather is not going to cooperate again this Saturday for us to attend the The Farmers Market in Brazos County. We will make the decision that morning but since most of our products this time of year are paper based labels and packaging the rain would just destroy it. Right now (Fingers crossed) Dec 21st looks good so that will be our last market for the year, plus Maroon and White night in downtown Bryan on Dec 20th.
If you are looking for something specific we produce, you can always message us for farm pick up or meeting in the B/CS area.

Also, for future planning for 2025 we are planning to be back at the farmers market the last Saturday of March. If there is a particular good weather weekend we might show up at the market and will post on this FB page and instagram if we do.
Jan-March for us is usually lambing season, kindling season (rabbits) and transplant, growing, spring planting, herbs, etc.... plus we are hoping to finally get the new chicken coop built so we can order chicks in late spring to have eggs next fall. If you need your caramel fix, please reach out to us. Thinking about a special caramel/chocolate package for valentines day if there is some interest.

The Cranberry leaf Hibiscus is finally blooming. The last of the three hibiscus we trialed this year. Planning on this one and the St Kitts Roselle Hibiscus next year. Thai Roselle is out.
Neat thing about the Cranberry Hibiscus is you use the leaves for tea or even yong ones in salad or stir fry. Plus it keeps it’s maroon purple color through the summer with minimal greening.
Might grow some starts for sale next year as well. :)
