We at Simply Dogs don't believe in turning your senior dog away. This is a practice way to many groomers follow due to time and money. You can rest assured that we will love your pups from young to old. That doesn't mean their haircut will look the same or that your pup won't be extra tired when they get home. We as humans think of it as a spa day, but in reality, for a pup, especially a senior, it can be slightly stressful and draining. Dogs that have been perfect their whole life can become unmanageable and fight the groomer for simple things like sc******ng or blow drying. Our goal is to always do what's best for your pups and keep them as comfortable as possible. Your groomer may even explain that we are down to comfort grooms, which means we do everything they can and will allow us to do without hurting themselves or others. We love our senior dogs and are so thankful you share them with us💙🐾

We've almost lost clients to xylitol poisoning. I also learned the hard way one year that most all flower bulbs are very toxic to dogs especially Lily bulbs. Make sure you keep these things out of reach from your pups.

Owning a small business is hard! Being off work for snow while owning a small business is hard! Handling things like clearing parking lots as a small business is hard! Let's all support each other this week! Go out to eat, get your nails done, go get that cup of coffee just support local small businesses.
