Huge congrats to all of the Team Meadow Lake and Hidden Gem riders at Paul Frazer. We worked hard to get everyone in the ring between 19 rides yesterday. Lots of new and old partnerships, everyone came out of winter looking great.

Olivia and Eddie won their greenie division and had a great starter outing too!

Hayley and Lexi experienced the KHP together for the first time and Hayley confidently rode her new young horse around the Greenie and Starter divisions. They are very fun to watch!

Nicole and Liam had their first outing together at Greenie and finished in 2nd. They are a joy to watch, I love finding the perfect horse for a client.

Dory and Paris had a hugely improved starter outing finishing in 3rd! Winter training pays off big time!

Sam and Serena had an amazing ride at 2-3. They are ready to rock second level this spring.

Anabelle and Taz had a very nice dressage and SJ in the modified to finish in 2nd.

Lindsey was very tired and Apollo was a perfect angel in both his training and his first modified CT. Thankfully he had enough rocket power and I had enough coffee to hang on.

The show ran very smoothly all day- big thanks to organizers, officials, and volunteers. It was fun to see everyone! I will be extra thankful to have Nikki back at our next show. Photographs by Dory and JJ.

Judge, rider, and trainer, Brian MacMahon is here this weekend! Due to some last-minute cancellations, we have a few open ride slots. This clinic is suitable for any level rider, and will give you a wonderful look into what the judge is looking for (and how to do it!). Brian focuses on correct horse and rider mechanics to produce a relaxed and workmanlike test.

Available ride times are Saturday at 9:15, Saturday at 3:15, and Sunday 8:00.

Auditors are welcome! $20 covers the whole weekend. Rides are 830-445 on Friday, 830-315/4 on Saturday, and 8/845-115 on Sunday. Bring a chair! The clinic will be held in the indoor arena. Contact Lindsey at 859-304-0070 or [email protected] for more info.

If you need a tune-up before the show, we have spots available in our clinic with Brian MacMahon, "S" Judge and GP rider/trainer on March 14-16 and with NZ Team Eventer, Monica Spencer, March 30-31.

🥶Due to the inclement weather, we have postponed our clinic this weekend with Monica Spencer to March 30-31. Jump groups will be offered both days, as well as dressage rides as time allows.

Monica Spencer is a Team NZ 5* Event rider. She lays down beautiful dressage tests (we got to see her in action at our Spring Classic last year before Kentucky Three Day Event) and looks forward to prepping our riders for the spring season! Notably, she was on the bronze-winning team at Pratoni in the 2022 World Championships.

We currently have spots available at every level. Please reach out for more info! Spots are reserved (and non-refundable unless your spot is filled off the waitlist) via payment to organizer.

Brian MacMahon is coming March 14-16 for private dressage lessons. Brian brings his expertise in the ring and joins it with his judging experience. His lessons focus on correct gaits and quality movements. Riders may ride one, two, or three days. All levels are welcome.

2025, Here We Come!

We have a slightly different schedule this year, so please mark your calendars!

Our Spring Dressage Classic is an affordable, easy way to get early season scores without losing a weekend.

Our Mini Trials run pre-starter (18"!) to novice. Our Combined Tests run x-rails through Intermediate with challenging SJ courses, and we offer dressage classes, leadline, and jump rounds at every level.

Better late than never! Our team had a fabulous end-of-season event at River Glen. We had a big group join, and everyone came away more educated, feeling successful, and we had a lot of fun.

Some highlights of the weekend:
🥇Anabelle and Taz won their Modified division
🥇Molly and Cheeto won their starter division. 🥉Aurea and Bow finished in third in their novice division, feeling all of their hw come together
🥉Lindsey and Apollo finished third in their Training division
🎉Dory and Paris finished 6th in their first starter together
👏🏻Hayley and Eddie had their last show together, and while the scores don’t show it, they had a super time and Hayley is feeling ready for her next mount!
👏🏻Sam and Serena came to the dark side and competed in their first HT ever. We cannot wait to continue to see them both have fun next season!
👏🏻Maddie and Louis also had their first starter outing, and our favorite Louis learned so much!

Huge thank you to the entire crew who helped this show run so smoothly. It’s one of our favorites to attend each year! Stay tuned for 2025 announcements, we are tired but looking forward to another fun year!

Great job to all of our clients at Team Challenge a few weeks ago!

Hayley and Eddie conquered their water issues over a tough Training xc course, and had a fabulous dressage test. They had a few tired rails in SJ but were otherwise very confident in all three phases.

Nicole got to catch a ride on Trudy’s Symphony, finishing in 3rd place with three perfect phases. They did a great job forming their partnership over the past month or so.

Anabelle had fun rides on both of her horses- Taz and Beezy. It’s so fun to watch Beezy’s improvement over this season! Taz had a great run around the T3D course with an unfortunate missed jump ending their ride early.

Lindsey’s Apollo had another educational run around his second training, and came away braver and smarter after so many combinations on course.

It was extra fun to have Dory’s Paris and Maddie’s Louis as non-competes too!

Big thank you to the whole team of officials, volunteers, and staff for putting on such a large event with levels for everyone. Many of our riders were on MSEDA Teams, and we had so much fun!
