Hi everyone, due to a staffing shortage this week we will be unable to do any walk in nail trims. We are hoping to resume our nail trim services next week. If you are having an emergency with a nail, such as it being torn please call either Cherokee 828-497-3401 or our office at (828) 488-6018 to make an appointment. Although it is our goal to keep pets WITH the family, we have already had many requests for rehoming this year. If a pet is found, and is injured, we will do our best to help with medical care for that dog or cat. Today, we'd like to highlight Bart, a sweet, goofy and playful boy that would love a forever home. Bart became very sick when he was brought in to be neutered, and almost didn't make it. Also, Bart now has a "nub" tail, it had to be amputated because he injured it being too "happy" in his kennel. He has recovered from all his medical challenges, and is ready for his new family. Hey everyone, this weekend is our Yappy Yard Sale and Easter photo event at Innovation Station at Dillsboro. We are HOPEFUL to see you there, the weather is forecasted to be BEAUTIFUL! The event is from 12pm to 6pm, and we will also have live music for your entertainment by the talented Kim Smith. We Are Opening Tomorrow!!!

Tuesday June 9th we will be opening at 10:00 am and closing at 5 pm. On Wednesday June 10th we will be open from 8:30 am till 5 pm. We will be open only on Tuesday and Wednesdays at the Bryson location for the next few weeks and will be adding more days in the coming weeks.

We will have a wide range of Flea/Tick and Heartworm prevention in stock for both dogs and cats. If you are a current patient of Cherokee Animal Care Clinic your computer records will automatically be here at the Bryson City location. If your not a client we are happy to see you too! We offer a wide range of drive up services such as Heartworm tests, A**l Glands, Rabies Vaccines and Nail Trims without an appointment or an exam.

Our Rabies are $8 everyday!!

We are very excited and can't wait to see you all here!

**Please due note that because of the Corona Virus we are only doing curb side service and product sales. We ask that when you arrive to please call our number (828)488-6018 and a member of our staff will come out to your vehicle and get your pet and bring them inside for their appointment or surgery and/or to bring you the product that you have purchased. We are so excited to welcome Dr. Stephanie Ford to the Cherokee & Bryson Animal Care Clinic family!! Dr. Stephanie is a graduate of LMU School of Veterinary Medicine and has recently moved to our area from Tennessee. Dr. Stephanie will be available for appointments every Monday and Wednesday-Friday.

Ever wonder what a heartworm positive dogs heart can look like? This is why we are so adamant about heartworm prevention, especially in the spring and summer months when the mosquitos are out. A heart like this cannot function properly. Heartworms are deadly!
