Good morning🏁 it’s Race Eve, and the pond looks perfect! can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow!🏁🏁

Good morning 🏁🏁 The pond is looking great for this weekend!Thank goodness everything has dried out nicely, thank you to everyone for you patience and compliance with not going down to practice while it was soggy.. on that note it looks great if anyone wants to go tune from today until Thursday evening. Please remember to take rakes to flatten the line back out after your passes. 🏁🏁🏁 ProPain Racing🏁

Just a little update for everyone.. PLEASE do not attempt to go down and practice until we give you the green light on it! Mother Nature is throwing another tantrum and things are flooded again.. You will tear up the grounds and we have worked very hard to keep things looking nice, you will almost likely get stuck as well and we all know that won’t be fun.. please take our word for it and not go driving down to see β€œhow flooded it is”. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your cooperation! ProPain Racing 🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁

Good afternoon! Races are August 24th and we have some updates on things.. let’s start out with Admission price.. Admission will remain 15.00 per person! There will still a 5.00 fee to park past the admission point. We will allow parking until we run out of room and we all know that is weather dependent.

We do understand there was some confusion at the last race but that has been addressed and we will go forward from there!!

Now on to the fun stuff, a couple of rule updates and how we will run the race to increase satisfaction in our teams,drivers.. and of course all of our loyal spectators 🏁🏁

KING OF THE LAKE-will be DOUBLE ELIMINATION this race!

KING OF THE LAKE entry fee is $50.00 each sled.

Sign up and tech in time will remain 7am-9am (strictly enforced).

ALL RACE TEAMS and drivers will enter on the left of the admission line and spectators will use the right side. So let me clarify this for some.. we have decided to split the admission gate in half coming through down right before you enter the pond. There were some sleds/teams that almost didn’t make tech time as to having to wait in line for admission. We will have both sides with SIGNS designated for which lane is which. If you are a spectator PLEASE DO NOT GET IN THE LINE FOR SLEDS, you will be turned around. We can’t have a sled turned away because they can’t get through line. In the same fashion if you are a sled and get in the wrong line and don’t make tech time that will be on you.

It is strongly advised that you don’t wait until the last minute to get to the pond.

There will still be NO SXS, 4-wheelers, golf carts or dirt bikes allowed for spectators. I know this is a huge issue of contention, however our permit does not allow them.

Racers/teams are the only ones to have SXS or 4-wheelers to HAUL SLEDS BACK TO PITS ONLY. This does not mean you can be giving rides to people and be riding around without a sled on a trailer behind you.

If you have a handicapped spectator that needs a ride to your fan pit, please let the admission folks know and we will do our best to accommodate that need. Again no promises though.

Lastly at this time we’re going address children in the pits.. if you have children or adults that act like children please send them to the fan pits. The pits are a VERY busy area of the races and we had issues with folks NOT watching for sleds coming back and those folks were NOT staying out of the way. Some of these teams bring multiple sleds and when it gets time for finals things get hectic!

Should anyone have ANY QUESTIONS AT ALL, please contact Dean Duncan or Kathryn Duncan and we will be happy to address your concerns and welcome your feedback as well!

Now let’s get ready to have an epic race! 🏁🏁🏁
