Aiken Week 1 !!

Hannah Christian and Easy Nice Du Park were clean in the .90 all week and ready for the 1m!

Saylor Berry and Briar Rose were low children’s reserve champions and winning the challenge!

Cade Pearson and Corleone competed in their first National Hunter Derby winning 6th! And won two more blues over the weekend in the Children’s!

Nova Toney and Alice in Wonderland were Champions in the crossrails and flat classes winning almost every class!

Ariadne Turlington and Simply Sweet marched around the Short Stirrup easily working on lead changes!

Ashley and Erin Pritchetts, Jaquar, were clearing the 1m and ready for the 1.10m this week!

We got SO lucky with cloudy skies and cool temps for this July show!! 🍀 ☁️

Here are some amazing results!

Nova Toney and Alice in Wonderland were Champions both days in the novice Mini!

Saylor Berry and Briar Rose were Champions in the Pre- Children’s winning the hack both days! Along with winning the Eq!

Aubree Ballard and Magic Carpet ride won the Classic once again! Also Champion in Low Ch on Sat and Reserve on Sunday!

Cora Kelly and Goes Like This were Reserve Champions in Pre-Child winning 2nd in the hacks both days!

Scarlett Kelly and Drury Lane were clean in the .65!

McKenna Maxwell and Positevly True were Reserve Champions in the .80 winning two of their rounds!

Ariadne Turlington and Simply Sweet won several top ribbons including winning the Eq Flat!

SALE horse Calimero was Champion in the Open and won the flat with Hannah Christian!

SALE horse Oliver won two 2nds in the hacks at his first show!

Braylee Landreth and Ozzy received multiple top ribbons!

Mazey Johnson won 2nd in the Eq with Southern Charm!

Landon Dunn and Red my Mind got ribbons in several classes out of a big group and 2nd in an under saddle!

Addie S. and Aurak won 2nd in the low adult classic at their first show together!

Summer TRYON was a huge success! Also celebrating Saylor Berrys 13th birthday & had a blast at the PBR!!

Nova Toney and Alice in Wonderland were champions in crossrails and Reserve a champions both days in w/t/c. The judge also expressed Alice was her favorite horse of the day! 💓

Cade Pearson and Corelone WON the open 2’6 Derby, also winning BOTH rounds of the Childrens Hunters with scores in the 80s all week!!

Hannah Christian competed for the first time on Easy Nice Du Park and were Reserve Champions in the non-pro .90!

Macee Wyatt competed on Superstition for the first time AND her first time in the .80! Clean all week and won the jump off round of 17!

Synclair Wyatt and Brownlands Blessing were clear all week in the .65s and the fastest of the competitors!

Saylor Berry competed for the first time in a derby and ended 7th with a score of 77! They placed in the top 3 of the hacks in all company and laid down the best rounds yet. Even winning a low childrens hunter round!

Ariadne Turlington and Simply Sweet were adorable in the Short Stirrup! Getting more flying lead changes everytime!

Goes Like This and Ashley won the Foothills 2’6 undersaddle and received ribbons in each jump round. He enjoyed his first visit to Tryon!

We can’t wait to go back!!! Join us for the fun!!

HSV memorial weekend was amazing!!! The moms saddled up for a little competition and Meridith Johnson aboard her own, Thomas, WON it!!

TRYON Welcome 3 was so much fun with a fantastic group!!

Nova Toney was w/t/c Champion & crossrail Reserve Champion with Alice in Wonderland!

Ariadne Turlington and Simply Sweet got a 7th in the challenge class!

Calimero and Hannah Christian moved up to .90 and clean!

Cade Pearson and Corleone received a 2nd round score of 82 in the classic!! Along with 10th out of 25 in their first derby!!

Zac won the 1.10m with Ashley and was FAST with Cade in the Jr Jumper classic!

Victoria Mangold and Done It moved up to the .90 with ease only getting 1 time fault! Going clear in the .80!

Synclair Wyatt and Brownlands Blessing moved up to the low childrens hunters and tried out the .65 jumpers!

Macee Wyatt aboard sale horse, Rico, we’re fast and clean in the .65 jumpers! They also got a 5th and 7th in 2’3 Hunters!

Wallie was double clean in the 1.20m winning a 4th!

Anna Gresham from Brickstore Stables is loving the jumper ring on the worlds best, Superstition! She also competed in the Taylor Harris with a solid round!

Christy Wyatt transformed into SSFs new assistant 😂. She pulled off the look perfectly!!!

SO much fun in Tryon! One of our favorite places. We will be back in June!

First HSV show of the season! A lot of move ups this season and we were unable to school Friday due to weather and horses/riders went out a nailed it anyways!!!

Ariadne Turlington winning all Equitation classes and 2nd in Beg Eq Challenge!

Braylee Landreth and Oz Walks On Wind winning Novice hunter Champions and winning the hack!

Scarlett Kelly and Druery Lane winning the SS hack!

Nova Toney second horse show with Alice In Wonderland winning several ribbons in crossrails!

Addison Buteler and Sunkist pre childrens hunter Champions!

Cora Kelly and Goes Like This winning the pre Ch hunter flat!

Saylor Berry winning the Pre Ch Classic along with several Equitation classes!

Landon Dunn and Cori’s Big Red placing in every class. First show together and at 2ft!

Rico has experience in the 1.20s show jumping, and is the ultimate practice horse. Liverpools, cross country jumps, goes through water, play day adventures - he loves it all!
Currently showing 1m and we feel he really rocks it in the .65-1m range. This boy can TURN and WIN that level with ease!!

Our riders got to celebrate their victories at the HSV 2023 year end awards banquet this past weekend.

These riders worked hard this year and several moved up mid year and still received top awards!

Not everyone was able to come. We are missing Madison Swann, Sabrina Cagle, Nova Toney, and Addison Butler from the group photo.

SSF Horse of 2023 is Southern Charm, Cisco!!

Cisco has helped numerous riders through transitional periods this show season. He has filled all of his riders with confidence over new heights, taught lead changes, and earned top ribbons while doing so!
He started the year with Madison Swann taking her around her first 2’6 rounds. Once Madison got a new horse he gave Macee Wyatt the confidence around SS for most of the year! Inbetween that he took Landon Dunn around his first 2ft rounds and gave Sabrina Cagle someone to enjoy and learn on while she is searching for her forever mount. Cisco is so versitale, forgiving, willing, patient, and all the things you need in a lesson horse. He does he job well and helped SO many riders this year!

Good job this year Cisco! 💓
