Today was encouraging, I am feeling a bit better than expected. Got a normal day planned for tomorrow.

This week is likely going to be limited. Nic is out this week not feeling well, and I am not 100% either. My goal is to do five or six runs a day this week, but I cannot say confidently that I will accomplish that. Will provide daily updates here.

Yesterday I had a back spasm. I'm feeling quite a bit better this morning, but it'll probably be another 24 hours before I'm feeling close to normal again. Nic will be doing runs today covering for me. Please don't hesitate text me if you have any questions or requests.

Update 9:30am: feeling better than expected. I would like to try to do some runs this afternoon if I do not have a setback.

Update Tuesday Evening: I did three dog runs this afternoon and feel very good. Gage is a Tasmanian Devil and I handled him without issue.

My sister adopted this old dog and he's the best new thing in my life. His name is Ollie, He's deaf, And he's the happiest, snuggliest, luckiest boy you ever met.

Here is the new Game Farm Park foot bridge! This is my Christmas! Opens up a whole bunch of fun running pathes and trails!

The Foothills Trail bridge across the White River is open! Also, the Game Farm Park foot bridge over the White River is open, too! (So much happened while I was out!)
