Bandit has been waiting for over 300 days. He’s already neutered. His housemate was adopted already💔. Bandit needs a (fenced) yard preferably where he can run and play.

Or maybe a good running partner.

As of today Bandit has been in our care for 309 days!!!

Bandit is a Male Husky mix.
He is around 2 years old

Bandit is very lovable and a higher energy boy!!
He loves to run and play! He is very affectionate and loves to cuddle!

This Senior girl needs a home!! She’s already lost her owner and her home💔😢

ADOPTED!!!
Miss Dixie is now ready for her furever home!!
Miss Dixie is a senior Shihtzu who was surrendered to us after her owner passed away.
She was initially very scared but she has since come out of her shell!
She loves taking treats and hiding them with her in her bed!
She is ready to find her furever home with you!!

Rescue or Adoption Needed!!! We had two puppies who were confiscated from unfit owners earlier this year. Due to the court case, these dogs have spent virtually their entire short lives in a shelter 😔 One of our pups was adopted recently - but his sweet brother remains at Oldham County Animal Control. I would love to see this dog find a home for the holidays!!

**RESCUE OR ADOPTION NEEDED** We have two young pitbull puppies who need rescue or adoption! These young 6 month old dogs were taken from a very sad situation, and have been given a new chance at life. However the animal shelter is not an ideal environment for young dogs, and they need socialization, love, and a consistent home to help them grow up to be the best pups they can be. Meet Brody. He came to our shelter in deplorable condition. Despite his clearly unkind past, he is an absolute cuddle bug who wants nothing more than to stand or sit at your feet. Brody is neutered, and young, estimated to be about 1 year old. He will need some help recovering and learning manners, but overall he is a sweet, people oriented pup who just needs a chance. Meet and greet with fur siblings is recommended, although he has done well with his dog interactions. Please call Oldham County Animal Control to find out more about this kind boy! ❤️❤️

Sam is still looking for his forever home! He has come such a long way, and you can really see his personality shine!

Sabre has been in our shelter for 2 years. It’s not fair for him to spend the rest of his life in a shelter, when all he wants is a home of his own. This sweet boy needs to be the only animal in the home, which we know is hard. Please share his story ane help us find him his person!

** ADOPTED ❤️❤️❤️*** Guys. I gotta ask, how is Rollo still here? Don’t let his tough exterior fool you, he is the absolute cuddle muffin of the shelter. He was owner surrendered a few months ago, and despite being abandoned he has kept his positive attitude the whole time. When you get him out, he spends 5 minutes running around and then curls up next to you for all the cuddles he can possibly get. He has been good with other dogs so far, and LOVES people, however a meet and greet with fur siblings is required! We hope someone sees what we see in this chunky guy, and takes him to his forever home soon ❤️
