Need a mobile groomer or someone who knows how to groom dogs to come to my house every 8 weeks. Any takers? We have 8 dogs.

1.) 6lb Papillion - bathe, puppy cut and nails (old and grumpy)
2.) 11lb Pekingese - bathe, puppy cut and nails
3.) Australian Sheppard puppy - black nails
4.) 60lb GSD mutt - black nails
5.) 55lb GSD mutt - black nails
6.) 100lb GSD - nails
7.) 40lb Husky/ Lab mix - nails
8.) 90lb American bulldog (old and grumpy)

We have a sink for bathing, dog dryer, all of the grooming tools and can purchase a grooming table if needed.

Laura's Ark Animal Sanctuary is looking for Animal Care Providers to join our team.

We are looking for help 4 days a week:
1.) PM shift on Tuesdays & Thursdays-
4 to 8 hour shift available.
Start time between 12pm & 4pm
End time time between 7 and 8pm

2.) Saturdays and Sundays-
8 hour shift
9am to 5pm.

Job is for work with horses, cats, dogs, goats and a pig.

We are a private, homebased animal sanctuary offering the chance to join a fun-loving, professional team with many opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Our main focus is providing a forever home to hospice care animals and animals with special needs. We are dedicated to high-quality medical care, nutrition and enrichment for the cats, dogs, horses, goats and mini pot bellied pig. We are committed to providing one of a kind care tailored to each individual animal's needs. We feed the dogs and cats raw food and have incorporated a holistic approach to their healthcare. The horses have a Paddock Paradise track system and we are a cage free facility.

As an employee at our sanctuary you will be responsible for feeding & medicating, general animal husbandry such as grooming & bathing, cleaning of animal rooms. And of course loving and playing with the animals will take up a part of your day!

Laura's Ark is a great stepping stone to further your career working in the field. We have written many recommendation letters for students who have gone on to vet school. We also have a thorough training program that will teach you basic vet tech skills.

We offer paid on the job training, job security and awesome, loving animals.

Job Requirements:
* Experience with horses a plus, but will train!
* Must love dogs and demonstrate no fear across all breeds and sizes.
* Must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable with dogs, cats, goats and mini pigs.
* Have a positive attitude, are extremely detailed oriented, trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
* Ability to work independently.
* Be physically able to lift 20 pounds (cat litter bags).
* Reliable transportation.
* Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Prior animal experience is a plus.
* Vet tech experience a plus, but not necessary.
* Flexible schedule-available to work nights, weekends and holidays. The animals rely on us to be their caretakers.

Job satisfaction comes down to doing what you love and collaborating with caring people working toward a common mission. Pay negotiable based on experience and will be determined during a working interview.

Full-time: We are looking for help 5 days a week. PM feeding shifts required until 8pm during the week. Weekends are required. Job is for work with horses, cats, dogs, goats and a pig. Shifts are 6 to 8 hours long.

Part-Time: weekends required, PM shifts until 8pm during the week, shifts are 3 to 6 hours long.

Please share! 911 emergency!!!
Feather has a urinary blockage and is currently being hospitalized. Half of the money has been generously scraped together by friends and family, but that isn't enough to continue the rest of his care. He is only 2 years old.

Bella is a beautiful, kind and loving calico who is good with kids. She used to live with other cats and dogs at her previous home. Her current home is a nightmare situation. They have had her for a year and no longer want her. They are threatening to have her euthanized because they no longer want her. I need a shipper on Tuesday 2/23, for one small horse from Reiglesville to Mid-Atlantic. My horse has a tentative surgery date scheduled for a Mandibular fracture. Drop off time is between 8am & 9am. Pickup time is probably around 5pm.

I am a local special needs animal sanctuary and of course, I do not own a horse trailer. Can anyone help?
